Sourcing & OEM
Can you help find a product or supplier in China?
Yes. A sourcing project can begin from a product category, reference image, target specification or use case. The next step is to identify suitable supplier or product directions and confirm the information needed for the project.
Do you work only with products already shown on the website?
No. Website products are examples of current brand and product directions. Sourcing and OEM projects can also start from a new reference or requirement.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no single TWR STREAM-wide MOQ. MOQ can vary by supplier, product, material, customization, packaging and production method, so it is confirmed for the selected configuration.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on the product, sample or artwork approval, customization, quantity, supplier schedule and shipping plan. A project-specific timeline should be confirmed before an order proceeds.
Samples, Specifications & Quality
Can I request samples?
Where samples are available, we can confirm sample options, cost, preparation time and delivery arrangements for the selected product or supplier.
Are product specifications guaranteed by the website?
No. Website content is general presentation material. Final materials, dimensions, finishes, accessories, packaging and other specifications should be confirmed against the relevant product record, sample, quotation or written project confirmation.
Can you confirm certifications or compliance?
Available documentation and compliance requirements depend on the specific product and destination market. Required certificates, tests, labels or declarations should be identified and verified for the actual item before making a compliance claim.
Wholesale & Commercial Terms
Do you publish fixed wholesale prices?
Not as a universal rule. Pricing can depend on product configuration, quantity, customization, packaging, supplier quotation and other project variables.
What payment terms do you use?
Payment structure is confirmed for the specific quotation or transaction. The website does not publish one payment arrangement as applying to every supplier, product or project.
Can you arrange private label or custom packaging?
Private label, artwork, packaging and other customization can be reviewed where the selected product and supplier support them. Scope, cost, MOQ and timing are confirmed case by case.
Shipping & Market Entry
Do you ship worldwide?
Destination and shipping options are reviewed for the specific project. Freight method, customs responsibilities, duties, import requirements and delivery terms should be confirmed before shipment.
Can you advise on overseas product presentation?
Yes. Digital Sales support can include product pages, catalogues, images, videos, sales sheets, brochures and social sales content using product information that has been confirmed for the project.
Creators & Partnerships
Do creators automatically receive free products or commission?
No fixed benefit applies to every application. Product access, commission, paid work or other collaboration terms depend on the campaign, brand, creator fit and agreed scope.
How do I apply?
Use the Creators page application form. Creator applications continue to be handled through the current Formspree form workflow.
